Dr Susan Evans

Dr Susan Evans is a Gynaecologist and Specialist Pain Medicine Physician from Adelaide, with a long held interest in improving the quality of life of girls and women with pain. She is Chair of the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia, Author of the book for women ‘Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain’, Co-Author of the policy document ‘The $6Billion Woman and the $600Million Girl: The Pelvic Pain Report’, and a Clinician caring for women with complex pelvic pain concerns in Brisbane. Dr Evans has a strong commitment to teaching and research. She is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Robinson Research Institute, Honorary Lecturer at the University of Adelaide and a current PhD student studying the mechanisms behind severe period pain.
